Family-run building & refurbishment company · Ascot, Berkshire
The company is Williams Interiors. The person running your job is Joey.
Williams Interiors Ltd is a family-run building and refurbishment company based in Ascot, working across Sunningdale, Windsor, Bracknell and the surrounding parts of Berkshire, Surrey and Buckinghamshire — eleven trades under one roof, owner-led from the first site visit to the final handover.

Who you are actually dealing with
Joseph Lazzari — Joey to everyone who has worked with him — is the sole director of Williams Interiors Ltd and the person who runs the jobs. He does the site visit, he prices the work, he sets the sequence and he is the number you ring when you want to know what is happening this week. For a project in your own home, knowing exactly whose name is on it matters more than any logo.
Family-run, and registered since 2019
Williams Interiors Ltd was incorporated on 25 February 2019 and is registered at Companies House under number 11844280, with Joseph Lazzari as sole director. The firm describes itself as family-run and says it draws on more than 25 years in the trade — that experience is the owner's, built up long before the company was formed, and we would rather be precise about the difference than round it up.
From the planning process to the end goal
The best description of how we work came from a customer rather than from us: “Joey handled things from the planning process to the end goal.” Most people come to us not knowing where to start — whether an extension needs permission, whether the loft has the height, what order any of it happens in. Walking you through that is the job, as much as the building is.
What we stand by
The way this company is set up.
One person owns your project
No project manager you have never met, no call centre, no being passed between offices. Joey quotes it, plans it, runs it and hands it back — and if something needs sorting after we have finished, it is the same number.
Eleven trades, one programme
Kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, loft and garage conversions, plastering, carpentry, decorating, plumbing and heating, electrical work and commercial refurbishment. Keeping them under one roof is what lets a job run in the right order instead of waiting on somebody else's diary.
Straight answers, including the unwelcome ones
If a loft will not give you the head height, if an opening needs a steel you were not expecting, or if the budget is better spent elsewhere, you will hear it at the survey rather than halfway through. Nobody enjoys that conversation later.
From a customer
★★★★★
“We worked with Joey and the team on our extension and additional jobs... The whole team were very friendly, hard working and good company to have around while working from home (and great with our two pups too)! Would highly recommend Williams Interiors if you don't know where to start with a project - Joey handled things from the planning process to the end goal.”
