You get the work set out in writing before we begin, broken down so you can see what is and is not included. If something changes once we are underway, we talk it through before we act on it.

No surprises: the scope comes before the work, and any change comes with a conversation first.

Eleven trades under one roof means the sequence is ours to manage — groundworks, structure, first fix, plaster, second fix, decoration — rather than a string of separate firms each waiting on the last.

Kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, conversions, plastering, carpentry, decorating, plumbing and heating, electrics and commercial work, all in-house.

Sites protected, dust contained and the place left in order at the end of each day — particularly on jobs where you are living in the house or working from home while we are in it.

We walk the job with you at the end, list whatever needs putting right, and put it right before we sign off. A job is not done because the last invoice went out.
