Kitchens · Bathrooms · Extensions · Ascot

The Ascot builders who walk you through it — from the planning stage to the end goal.

Williams Interiors is a family-run building and refurbishment company in Ascot. Kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, loft and garage conversions, decorating and full commercial refurbishments — eleven trades under one roof, run day to day by the owner, Joey.

“Joey handled things from the planning process to the end goal.”

That line is from a homeowner who had us in for an extension — and it is the fairest description of how we work. One person owns your project from the first site visit to the final handover, and that person answers the phone.

Building & refurbishment · Ascot, Berkshire

A family-run firm where the person quoting the job is the person running it.

Williams Interiors is a building and refurbishment company based in Ascot, working across Sunningdale, Windsor, Bracknell and the surrounding parts of Berkshire, Surrey and Buckinghamshire. We take on kitchens and bathrooms, extensions, loft and garage conversions, plastering, carpentry, decorating, plumbing and heating, electrical work and full commercial refurbishments — including HMOs and office conversions.

The company is owner-led and family-run, and Joey draws on more than 25 years in the trade. What that means in practice is simple: Joey prices the job, Joey plans the sequence, and Joey is the one you ring when you want to know what is happening on Tuesday. Nothing is handed to a project manager you have never met.

About the company

Our flagship work

Extensions and loft conversions — including the part before the building starts.

Most people come to us worried about the process rather than the brickwork: whether it needs planning permission, what building control will want, whether the loft has the head height. We work through that with you first, then run the build in the order it has to happen.

What we do

Eleven trades, one programme, one person accountable.

Our own work

Kitchens, extensions and joinery we have actually built.

★★★★★

We worked with Joey and the team on our extension and additional jobs... The whole team were very friendly, hard working and good company to have around while working from home (and great with our two pups too)! Would highly recommend Williams Interiors if you don't know where to start with a project - Joey handled things from the planning process to the end goal.

How we work

From the first site visit to a snagged, cleaned handover.

See the full process

01

A site visit and a straight answer

We come out, look at the property properly and talk through what you are picturing — what is realistic, what it will involve and what the sensible order of work is. If a job is not right for us, or you would be better spending the money elsewhere, we will say so at that visit rather than after you have committed.

02

Planning, drawings and approvals

Extensions, loft conversions and structural work need more than a price. We help you work out whether the job falls under permitted development or needs a planning application, what building control will want to see, and where a structural engineer or party wall notice comes into it — so nothing stalls once the scaffold is up.

03

A written quote, then the build

You get the scope in writing before anything starts, broken down so you can see what is included. Then the trades run in the right order — groundworks, structure, first fix, plaster, second fix, decoration — with one person coordinating them and one person you call if something needs sorting.

04

Snagged, cleaned and handed back

We walk the job with you at the end, list anything that needs putting right, and put it right before we call it finished. The site gets cleared and cleaned. Most of our work comes back round — a kitchen this year, the loft the next — so leaving a job properly finished matters more to us than moving on quickly.

Where we work

Based in Ascot, working across the Berkshire, Surrey and Buckinghamshire borders.

Williams Interiors is an Ascot company. We work through Sunningdale, Windsor and Bracknell and out across the surrounding parts of Berkshire, Surrey and Buckinghamshire — close enough that we can come and look at a job properly, and close enough to come back if something needs attention after we have finished.
