Flat-Roof Extension & Roof Lantern Installation
Our own project photo

Our own photograph of our own work
A roof lantern going into a flat-roof extension: timber kerbs built up and insulated, the single-ply membrane dressed and trimmed around the opening, and the lantern lifted in and bedded.
This is the stage of an extension nobody photographs for a brochure, and the one most likely to leak years later if it is rushed. Upstands built to the right height, membrane taken up and over, and the lantern set on a properly formed kerb rather than straight onto the deck.
Work carried out
