Bathroom Renovations

Family bathrooms, en-suites and wet rooms, tanked and tiled properly

The failures we get called out to fix are almost always the same two things: waterproofing that was skipped behind a shower, and a waste that was made to fit rather than made to fall. Neither is visible on handover day; both are expensive eighteen months later.

So a bathroom with us is a strip-back job. New pipework where the layout has moved, proper tanking to the wet zones, boarding that is flat enough to tile without packing, and a finish — grout lines, silicone, trims — that is where the craft actually shows.

Bathroom Renovations

Layout first, then the fit

We start with what the room can take: where the soil pipe is, what the joists allow, whether the en-suite really has room for a walk-in. You will get an honest view before you buy the suite, not after it is sitting in the hallway.

Tanking, boarding and tiling

Wet areas tanked, boards fixed flat, tiles set out so the cuts land where they should — around the shower, not down the middle of the wall you look at from the door.

Heating, lighting and ventilation

Towel rails and underfloor heating run back to the system properly, IP-rated lighting and extraction sized for the room, so the room dries out instead of growing mould in the corner.
