We take on HMO works, office conversions and landlord refurbishments — from a single unit turnaround between tenancies to a full conversion of a building into rooms or offices.
The trades are the same ones we use on our domestic jobs, which is the point: the finish in a let property is what keeps a tenant and what keeps the void short. The difference is the programme, which is built backwards from the date you need the space back.
HMO works
Room conversions, fire doors and protected routes, compartmentation, kitchen and bathroom provision and the making-good that turns a house into compliant, lettable rooms.
Office conversions and fit-outs
Partitioning, ceilings, lighting, power and data, floor coverings and decoration — planned so the noisy work happens when the building can take it.
Landlord refurbishments
End-of-tenancy refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom replacements and full redecorations, priced and programmed against the void rather than open-ended.
