Electrical Work

Rewires, consumer units, lighting design and power within our projects

On any renovation the electrical first fix is the point of no return — once it is plastered over, moving a socket means chasing a finished wall. So we walk the rooms with you and mark positions on the studs: where the bed goes, which side the lamp sits, how the kitchen lighting is switched.

Electrical installation work is carried out by appropriately registered engineers and the relevant certification is issued and handed over with the rest of your paperwork at the end of the job.

Electrical Work

Lighting and power, set out on site

Circuits planned around furniture layouts and how you use the room — switching arrangements, dimming, under-cabinet and task lighting, outside power and EV supply where it is wanted.

Rewires and upgrades

Full or partial rewires as part of a refurbishment, consumer unit upgrades, additional circuits for kitchens, garden rooms and loft conversions.

Certification and handover

Work carried out by appropriately registered engineers, tested, certified and handed over with the documentation you will want when you come to sell.
