Pipework, heating alterations and bathroom and kitchen services
Most of the plumbing we do sits inside a bigger job — a kitchen, a bathroom, an extension or a loft conversion — where the heating has to be extended, radiators moved, or a new wet room fed and drained.
Gas and heating appliance work is carried out by appropriately registered engineers, and anything requiring certification is documented for your records. If a job needs a specialist we work with, we will tell you who is doing what before we start.
Pipework and waste, set out early
Supply, waste and heating runs planned around the finished layout and installed while access is open, then pressure-tested before floors, walls and ceilings go back.
Heating alterations
Radiators moved, added or replaced, towel rails and underfloor heating zones run back to the system, and heating extended into new rooms — balanced so the new room does not starve the rest of the house.
Bathroom and kitchen services
Suites, showers, brassware, sinks and appliance connections fitted and tested as part of the wider job, so the plumber and the tiler are not working against each other.
