Plastering & Drywall
Skimming, re-plastering, dry lining and stud partitions
We plaster as part of our own jobs — after a steel goes in, after a kitchen strip-out, after a loft is boarded — and as standalone work on rooms that simply need re-skimming.
Old houses around Ascot and Windsor often have lath and lime beneath modern paint. We will tell you honestly when a wall wants patching and re-skimming and when it is better taken back and re-boarded, rather than skimming over a problem.

Skimming and re-plastering
Skim finishes over sound plaster or fresh board, full re-plasters where the existing has blown, and patching around new openings, chases and removed fireplaces.
Dry lining and partitions
Metal or timber stud partitions, insulated and sound-rated where the room needs it, dot-and-dab dry lining, and boarding out lofts and garages ready for finishing.
Beads, corners and details
External angles, stop beads, reveals and ceiling junctions detailed properly — the small stuff that decides whether a room looks crisp when the decorator has finished.
